Tagliatelle
Tagliatelle aux truffes

400g Panzani Tagliatelle

2 garlic cloves
-
25 cl single cream
-
2 truffles
-
Truffle oil
-
Grated parmesan
-
Butter
-
1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.

2. Melt butter in a pan and sauté chopped garlic. Pour in the cream and cook it slowly until everything binds.

3. Meanwhile, finely slice the truffles and add them to the cream.

4. Simmer for about 2 minutes.

5. Toss the sauce with the pasta.

6. To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan, drizzle with truffle oil and garnish with thin truffle slices.
