Tagliatelle with truffles

cloves of garlic

ml of single cream

truffles 

Truffle oil 

Grated Parmesan 

Butter

Preparation

Cook the pasta, following the instructions on the packet.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and sauté the chopped garlic. Pour in the cream and cook slowly until everything binds together.

Meanwhile, cut the truffles into thin strips and add to the cream.

Leave to simmer for about 2 minutes.

Mix the sauce with the pasta.

To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan, drizzle with truffle oil and decorate with thin slices of truffle.
