Fusilli with lamb and peppers

g of grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown the diced lamb with the chopped garlic and a little olive oil in a frying pan.

Add the Panzani Tomato & Basil Sauce and reduce for around 5 minutes.

Cook the peppers separately with the chopped onion and add to the pan.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the packet.

Drain the pasta and add the sauce, mix well and serve with grated Parmesan.
