At Panzani we are committed to offering high-quality pasta thanks to a rigorous selection of durum wheat, an essential ingredient in pasta-making. We take great care to ensure that our pasta has a firm, melt-in-the-mouth texture and cooks perfectly.

Cooking method

Drop the pasta into boiling water to which you have added salt to taste (1L per 100g of pasta) and cook for the time indicated on the front of the packet (11 mins).
