Salade de Farfalle aux crevettes et à l'avocat

Ingredients

  • 400g Panzani Farfalle
  • 250g of fresh or frozen jumbo shrimp
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chives
  • Salt and pepper

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce with the olive oil & lemon juice. Salt and pepper.
  • 2. Chop up the chives, peel the shrimp and dice the avocados.
  • 3. When the pasta is cooked, drain, and mix in with the vinaigrette.
  • 4. Dress in the serving dish. Arrange the shrimp and the diced avocado, and sprinkle with chives.
  • 5. Let it cool in the refrigerator before serving.
