Spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli

Fresh parsley

g of Parmesan cheese 

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta, following the instructions on the packet.

Halve the chillies, remove the seeds and slice.

In a frying pan with olive oil, sauté the minced garlic until golden brown. Add the chilli and 5 tablespoons of pasta cooking water.

Add the cooked pasta, season with salt and mix with the chopped parsley.

Serve with grated Parmesan.
