Preparation

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.

Pour 40g of olive oil into a saucepan.

Fry the chopped onion until translucent.

Add the garlic cloves.

Add the tomatoes

Cook the mixture on a low heat and simmer until the tomatoes are cooked through.

Pour the remaining olive oil into another pan and brown the mince.

When the colour of the meat changes, add the 7-spice, pomegranate molasses, pine nuts and salt.

Pour the tomato mixture over the meat and simmer until cooked.

Garnish with parsley leaves.
