Farfalle with seafood

Wash the mussels under cold running water, scrubbing well to remove any impurities. Discard any that are open and don't close when tapped.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Add the mussels and cook, stirring occasionally, until they open (about 5 minutes). Remove the mussels from the pan as soon as they open. Remove the flesh from the shells and place in a bowl.

In a large pan of boiling salted water, cook the farfalle according to the instructions on the packet. Drain.

Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice. Mix it with the mussels, prawns and crème fraîche. Season with pepper.

Drain the farfalle as soon as they are cooked and put them in a bowl. Add the mixture of mussels, prawns and crème fraîche. Mix well to coat the pasta with the sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped chives just before serving. Serve immediately.
