Farfalle with chicken, walnuts and gorgonzola

ml of crème fraîche

tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation

Cook the farfalle in plenty of salted water for 11 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillets into strips.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the chicken strips and grill for about 4 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

Add the crème fraîche and finely chopped Gorgonzola to the pan with the chicken. Let the cheese melt while stirring for 1 to 2 minutes, until you have a creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked farfalle to the pan and toss well to coat the pasta with the sauce.

Serve the pasta sprinkled with walnut pieces.
