Classic lasagne

Peel and chop the onion and fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until translucent.

Add the mince and fry until it takes on a crumbly consistency. Add the Panzani sauce and simmer for a few minutes.

Melt the butter in another saucepan, add the flour and mix well. Add the milk gradually, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Grease an oven dish with the remaining tablespoon of oil and spread a little sauce on the bottom of the dish.

Add a few lasagne sheets, another layer of tomato sauce, grated cheese, a few spoonfuls of cream and alternate layers until all the ingredients are used up.

Cover with white sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180°C. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, then brown under a hot grill for a few minutes to obtain a thicker crust.
